No traffic light phase for pedestrians. Reported anonymously at 16:53, Tue 25 June 2019 Traffic lights control vehicular traffic at the junction of Saint Michael's Road and Kettering Road. There is no phase to allow pedestrians to cross this road. It is especially dangerous outside of peak traffic time when cars are detected and lights change quickly to green meaning you have to run to avoid drivers who are unwilling to recognise priority of a pedestrian crossing.
