Timing causing jaywalking. Reported anonymously at 18:40, Wed 26 June 2019 Pedestrian crossing lights only change every 90 seconds to 2 minutes with both sets of lights changing at the same time with no stagger. This is causing pedestrians to jay-walk rather then wait for the lights to change again, increasing the risk of injury or a fatal RTA. With a high number of elderly and slow moving pedestrians, this is potentially very dangerous.
