Bollard has been hit. Tarmac in footpath lifted and has created a trip hazard Reported anonymously at 13:01, Wed 13 November 2019 Bollard has been hit and the tarmac that it is seated in has lifted. It’s an area about 3’ by 2’ and has lifted 1” to 2”. The bollard is upright but the lifted tarmac presents a trip hazard. It’s adjacent to Hartwell village main through road and the footpath is used by children going to school. The location is outside 26 Park Road. The issue was first noticed on Friday 8th November.
