Somebody has attempted to fix the stile leading into field Reported anonymously at 13:04, Mon 8 June 2020 The end of Allebone Road, Earls Barton, there is access to a public footpath, through a field, leading to Station Road. It is the stile at the Allebone Road end I am concerned about. I’m sure the person concerned thought they were helping but scraps of wood were used, nailed to the existing fence. On stepping onto it it, it broke. And could have caused an injury. The original step has been missing for years, and doesn’t stop people using the public footpath. I’m concerned that this diy enthusiast is causing more of a hazard, so it might be time for it to be assessed
