Kerb outside 2 Thorpeville causing flooding Reported anonymously at 13:12, Wed 28 July 2021 The dropped kerb arrangement outside my property no.2 thorpeville is too low. When it rains heavilly the surface water along the carriageway comes over the kerb. The house (currently under development) is below the level of the carriageway so the water runs over the kerb and down the long sloped drive flooding the driveway and subsequently the house (once its completed). In heavy rain the water collecting is considerable. I suggest the kerb needs to be raised above the tarmac level of the carriageway so water continues past and into the highway drainage system as its designed to do.
