Potholes Reported anonymously at 00:56, Mon 13 September 2021 Okay Northamptonshire, what’s the excuse this time? No money? No staff? No brains? Roundabout is shocking. Don’t use it very often but it has got considerably worse since I last used it. Massive potholes and dips. Now become undrivable. The same goes for the A43 dual carriageway stretch and the A6003 from Rockingham all the way to the other side of Corby. Lots of central government support for fixing potholes and resurfacing roads under their 5 year pothole plan. Why don’t you get a grip and actually take some action to remediate the road crisis in Corby and Kettering? Other councils have taken the initiative and roads are much better improved such as Rutland, Leicestershire and even the Isle of Wight. You’re a new council that’s meant to have transformed and improve Northamptonshire. You have achieved nothing other than pay rises for your CEO and directors. Northamptonshire is no better off with the new council that was promised - in some cases it’s now worse and the roads are a clear example of that. You should be ashamed really. Embarrassment for your area, your residents and the country.
