You are reporting the following problem report for being abusive, containing personal information, or similar:
Overgrown shrub from house of vulnerable resident forcing pedestrians into road/against parked vehicles Reported anonymously at 09:49, Sat 23 October 2021 This issue has been present and worsening throughout this year. This address and resident have been reported for the attention/actions of the council adult social services (Safeguarding notification SN359345188. Submitted 28 August 2021 21:54 PM), due to the reduced capacity and vulnerability of the sole occupant. Despite appearances the house IS occupied but visitors are very unlikely to receive a response to a knock at the door. The overgrown shrubs/trees are overhanging across the public pavement (public highway), creating a hazard to pedestrians, especially parents with young children, blind pedestrians, and wheelchair users, by forcing them either into the road, or close to the raised kerb, often against parked vehicles. This matter will not improve by itself by leaving it unattended. Feel free to visit me to discuss in person if required.
