Thank you for contacting Northamptonshire Highways regarding this issue. The carriageway was excavated by a developer under license for drainage work, unfortunately the final surfacing cannot be completed at this stage. However, following discussions with the developer we confirm that temporary repairs have been undertaken to improve the running surface.
