Mud and large stones on the road

This is the state of the road in Marston Trussell thanks to the operation of the development site on Main Street. This situation has existed for months and nothing seems to happen to remedy it. As you can see, it’s a disgrace, and the worst run site in the area for mud and stones brought out on to the road. It was actually a lot worse two days ago - the mud and stones covered the whole width of the road - but passing traffic has thrown up the dirt over adjoining cars and houses. It’s only a matter of time before stones break windows and or damage cars, and injure pedestrians. If this happens the Council and the developer bear responsibility. Mud and stones from the site also regularly block the culverts in the road. I would hope that having seen the extent of the problem you would firstly ensure the developer get the full width of the road cleaned, as a matter of urgency, and secondly ensure the developer either get delivery lorries to clean their wheels before exiting the site or do as other, more responsible developers do, and put some tarmac down on the exit. I await your response. Best
