Bushes are now starting to lean away from the wall they are against, won't be long till they fall over and block pathway, grass area and go into the road...causing more obstruction and danger to public safety. The bushes are at least 5 feet in depth.

Bushes are still growing and leaning further over. Path is un-passable and it will soon be leaning into the road. This will soon cause an obstruction to the grass verge and the road as well as already blocking the path. The bush is approx. 20-25 feet in length of the path.
