Large pot hole on the rounder about from the A43 around the A45 rounderbout

A large pot hole that has broken my wheel bearing on my car and scratched my alloy wheel ....was lucky that a caravan I was towing was not damaged ...first time I have been that way ....some thing needs to be sorted out as it’s a danger ....having a caravan on a car you can’t swerve to miss pot holes around a roundabout ....can you please send me some details on how to claim for the damage to my car 🚘 please
