Potholes have been there since January and getting bigger

  • Dear Sir/Madam,

    As you can see from the pictures, potholes on Chartwell Avenue are getting bigger and deeper, causing nuisance as cars suspension / yes etc are l being damaged. Can you please arrange for the resurfacing of the whole road. If you require I can get signed petetion from all the residents within Chartwell Avenue.

    Dear Sir/ma'am,

    I have received an email stating the problem has been fixed. Please note after the initial fault was raised couple of the potholes were fixed but there are few which still need filling.

    Further to that as stated below the road need to be surveyed by your qualified surevyer as the whole road needs relaying.

    Can I please request the Road, Chartwell Avenue to be surveyed by one of your qualified engineers, the pot holes on the road are getting bigger in size by the day, causing damage to residents cars, weeds on the coronor of footpaths is getting out of control. Road itself need related as it is splitting form the middle.

    Can these problems be rectified at your earliest.

  • site has been visited and currently the defects doesn't meet ncc investigatory levels and will continue to monitor
