Paving cracked due to recovery lorry being parked on the opposite side of the road forcing other vehicles to mount the pavement in order to pass

This pavement has been gradually deteriorating over a number of months due to a large recovery vehicle being parked opposite forcing other vehicles, mostly lorries and refuse collection lorries to mount the pavement in order to pass by said vehicle.
