Sunken footpath dangerous for pedestrians

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 4 minutes later. ref: 1599491.
Badly sunken footpath left very uneven after sewer works some time ago. Heavy lorries turning this corner have to run over the path which in itself is dangerous. Footpath is a danger to pedestrians especially the elderly and at night. Situated on the corner of Harborough Road and The Lealand, East Farndon.

Speed activated 'Slow Down' sign (Ref 800) is permanently on. Presume sensor is faulty. Would be grateful if it could be fixed. Thank you.
