My driveway continues to be blocked by vehicle from 22 Burns Drive. I had to pay for a dropped curb which was enforced by Northants County Council. The vehicle which is blocking me is also parking on the footpath obstructing it and is choosing to park in this location so that he doesnt block in his house mates cars, a white Nissan Juke and blue Audi TT which are parking on a grassed area. This seems to be ignored by yourselves. To be clear your department enforced the parking issues on grass verges in 2007 which forced me to pay thousands for a dropped curb and driveway (and rightly so) but neighbours who have recently moved in to 22 (this is a HMO) ate not being challenged.

Cars and other vehicles parking on the grass verge is in breach of a Corby byelaw, therefore this matter should be reported to CBC. Similarly with the disposal of rubbish in the highway.
