Large and deep potholes from Main Street, The Green and Bunkers Hill
Reported in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 19:48, Mon 15 April 2019
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 2 minutes later. ref: 1604259.
The number of large and deep potholes throughout this stretch of road from A361 to A361 is staggering and cause cars to swerve to avoid them. They are very dangerous for cyclists and all road users. A series of temporary repairs have been carried out over a number of years but these have soon failed and have left the road a hotchpotch of worn out repairs and new potholes. This road needs a complete resurfacing.

It is now 23rd September 2019. The potholes on Bunkers Hill, BADBY have been completely ignored. several are now 50mm in depth on this steep hill. The other day I was working on the side of the road and saw a cyclist nearly fall straight off his bike as he came down the hill. He couldn't see the pothole until he was on it had been taking avoiding action for the others on the hill. This would have been a serious accident. It is not good enough for people to do the Council's work in reporting the potholes and then finding that the Council cannot be bothered to repair them (and I don't mean painting them)
