I have a dropped kerb at 81 Brickhill road Wellingborough NN8 3NU, this is being constantly used by our neighbour at 79 Brickhill and their friends to park on their drive way who have no dropped kerb. This is being used constantly with vehicles crossing our driveway to assess number 79, I would like this investigated

Please advise what is happening as this problem is still ongoing and my neighbour advises me the council have given permission to use my dropped kerb.
