SINK HOLE Sinking again

A sink hole in the High Street outside my house opened up last autumn. It was rapidly surveyed and some work done on it within days by (I think) contractors (possibly from the installers of Fibre broadband about 2 years previously) THIS WORK HAS NOW SERIOUSLY DETERIORATED after about 6-9 months. The hole has subsided and deepened with water accumulating after any rain. It is a very narrow road, vehicles are forced to go through the depression, inevitably splashing mud & water onto the side of my house damaging the finish and fabric & causing damp. URGENT. Please ensure that the underlying cause of the sink hole is identified and thorough and effective long term repairs are made. Not just a poor, patch job as last year. DANGER. Further subsidence could occur at any time, if last year is to go by. The hole represents a clear danger to road users as well as causing material damage to my premises. Thank you,
