The road condition is just generally awful

This isn’t a case if there are a few potholes, it is a case of needing a 4x4 to get down this road which isn’t very practical. I have seen off road farm track in better condition than this. Looks as if it hasn’t been maintained in over 100 years or so... or since tarmac was invented. It is very damaging to the cars that drive up and down here which end up costing a fortune to service each year. It is a small road but a smooth surface would make a hell of a difference to the nearby residents and general traffic flow of the area.
