Due to overgrown hedging and trees the street lights are ineffective at the corner of Whitegates and Ladybridge Drive

The overgrown trees are overhanging and therefore impacting the effectiveness of the street lighting at the junction of Whitegates and Ladybridge Drive.
This overhanging trees also hit high vehicles including our caravan and delivery vehicles

Thank you for your enquiry. The vegetation has recently been cut back, there are no current visibility issues at this location.

I'm not sure where you looked but the street light on the left hand side of the road as you enter Whitegates and outside No 1 is ineffective and does not give the light coverage it should over the junction
It was raised at the parish council meeting and again tonight when a Highways officer attend a meeting in West Hunsbury.
Trees on both sides of the road need cutting back as the are hitting vehicles, restricting visability at the junction

The visibility is reduced as is the effectiveness of street lighting at the junction. The overhanging branches are causing damage to high vehicles Please rectify as soon as possible before an accident happens it is difficult junction because of the siting of the post box and bus stop opposite the junction
