Damage to edge of road adjoining verge, 200m from junction east bound

The edge of the road surface has been damaged by vehicles driving over the edge onto the verge and breaking off lumps of the tarmac. I was forced off the highway by a wide vehicle, my two nearside tyres were forced to hit the broken off lumps of tarmac and were thus were damaged beyond repair and replacements have cost £143.

works have already been instructed on the 15-2-19 for repairs to be undertaken within 4 months 15-6-19 thank you.
