This crater right outside my front door is still there and getting deeper. Lorry's shaking mine and nabour's property day and night. This is only getting worse, reported in may 2019, still nothing done.how bad does it have to get before you react ? May property is now getting damaged , cracking plaster which is now being recorded.

Still nothing done to resolve crater outside my house. My water mains pipe and sewage pipes lie directly underneath this sinking hole. Large lumps of tarmac ready to fly out of crater now. How much longer to repair time ???

Northampton County Council PLEASE take note….
The heavy rain we’ve had during the last week of September has made this huge sinking pot hole in the middle of a busy road worse. What date will this be fixed please?
HGV’s, Tractors and other large vehicles use this road every day. With the frosty and ice only around the corner this hole is going to become a huge problem.
Will it take a car or a bike to fall into it and get stuck before its repaired Northampton County Council? Health and Safety is massively being put at risk.
An update from the council is the minimum we expect please?
Pictures to be uploaded shortly to show how much worse this hole now is!

This problem has been reported for 3 years now the first time i did this was after it was dug up and repaired leaving a massive dip after 4 days. I hVe now got cracks in my walls and my insurance company are blaming the traffic. So I believe this should be dealt with as a high priority. My whole wall is now in danger of falling

The road surface is now beginning to breakup/crack and the road surface sunk by 3-5cm resulting in a large area pothole. The condition of this section of road is now becoming dangerous to vehicles.

The damage to the road surface at the bottom of High Street near the junction of West Street needs to be repaired urgently.
It is a significant depression and is damaging vehicles that are forced to go over it but more importantly it causes a hazard as vehicles try and avoid it and have to drive on the wrong side of the road often at short notice.
It could be particularly dangerous to cyclists who ride over this area of road and needs to be treated as a serious health and safety issue. It would be a shame for someone to be injured before this matter is resolved.
Please advise when the damage to the road surface is due to be repaired.

This area of road has now sunk more than 8cm below the level of the road and the road surface is starting to break up. House owner close to the location has contacted Severn Trent who have inspected the drains and confirmed that it is NOT caused by a collapse in a drain. Because the level of subsidence is now very significant and this is on a busy rural route (A5199) which is also used for major traffic diversions, you should be classing this as a category 1 repair which is performed within a week.

I spoke to the council on Friday 31st January asking for an update due to the lack of information from them on this on-line service. They in turn spoke to Highways who advise that the repairs to the road will take place by the end of February which is great news.
