Over grown tree with extensive basal growth restricting visibility and light into premises

Tree has not been maintained over the last few years and is over hanging restricting light into the building and branches are touching the shop premises on the first floor which is effecting the slate tiling on the bay window. The tree branches and root shoots at the base over grown to obscure visibility of on coming vehicles and scratching parking cars. please contact the owner of the shop when you arrive for assessment so that you can be given access to the the first floor room to look at the impact of restricted light into bedrooms.
