Peter Moyes is absolutely correct. This morning the closure of the A14 resulted in an unprecedent build up of traffic in the area around Cold Ashby and in the village itself. Frustrated drivers of vehicles of all sizes were ignoring the safety of others and speeding on lanes with very little visibility.
