People parking vehicles in a manner that causes a hazard or obstruction is a matter that falls under the jurisdiction of the police, as they have direct authority over road users. If the owner of the garage is putting vehicles for sale on the public highway then that is an issue that falls under the jurisdiction of ENDC.

You say the parking on double yellow lines is a police issue. Is parking on the pavement? Is blocking a street? Is using the pavement as a scrapyard? Is forcing people into the road to walk as the pavement is blocked? Is parking in front of the electric sub station and preventing access to it? Is people being in fear of an accident as the vehicles block the view in and out of this busy junction? Is driving large vehicles with trailers in and out right near the junction and blocking the road and causing people to brake hard whilst still partially in Kimbolton road? I’m aware that there have been several complaints about theses dangers. I do not have an issue with the ‘business’ but some bollard need to be put in place to prevent this dangerous parking by the garage, their clients and delivery people.Enough is enough! Some of these vehicles are not even road worthy. Please give me a telephone number to call someone about this matter! You are as aware as I am that the police can only move on vehicles they catch on the lines. Physical barriers are required.
