Private signage on highway land which does not have planning permission. Planning department have said this is a highway
Reported in the Damaged / Missing / Facing Wrong Way category anonymously at 13:31, Wed 22 May 2019
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 4 minutes later. ref: 1637092.
We have been asked on behalf of Fawsley hall Hotel to point out that there is several signs to The Granary on highway land. This is causing great confusion to guests at Fawsley Hall Hotel as the signs refer to a wedding venue. These signs require planning permission but as they are on highway land they should be removed.

To undertake site visit, then action as appropriate - signage for the Granary and Fawsley Hall - following consultation with DDC no obvious safety issues and with the location and number of users it was decided to monitor the area only at this time. 14/02 apologies this should have been closed down. Should you feel this still has an impact please contact regulations@kierwsp.co.uk and a further investigations can be made.
State changed to: not the council's responsibility
