Overgrown vegetation over path

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 5 minutes later. ref: 1640610.
The path down Flore Hill has become dangerously overgrown. Today a person on a mobility scooter was unable to use the path between Flore and Weedon as it is so overgrown it is no longer wide enough. They were instead required to use the road on a scooter not designed for road use.

Please can this be addresses it is extremely dangerous, you can nearly walk down this path and have to move into the road in some places! I have a 6 month old baby and have had to put the pushchair on the road . The cars come up this hill way too fast ! It is so dangerous
