Hi This Morning I accidentally drove over this pot hole. I have subsequently damaged my rim and the pot hole has bursed my Tyre. I am currently looking at ways to repair my wheel but I am looking at around £350 to have my rim fixed and have a new tyre installed. I pay for the upkeep of the road and this amount of damage is simply unacceptable. I would like to know the process in which I should take to claim my losses back.

Serious pothole has opened up at same location next to previous repair. A more extensive patch needs to be used as the surface is insecure.
