The Hart Pub's sign obstructs the view of traffic
Reported in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 09:43, Thu 30 May 2019
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 2 minutes later. ref: 1643729.
The Hart Pub constantly used a chalkboard/large sign to advertise the pub and the events they are holding. This sign is always placed at the side of the road, on the kerb. This means that those trying to join Harlestone Road from Quarry Road cannot see the traffic coming towards them which makes pulling out onto Harlestone Road very very difficult and more importantly very dangerous. This problem has been ongoing for many years and the pub has never moved the sign to somewhere more convenient.
