Private dropped kerb installed and now very unsafe dip in public pavement. Work done privately, not council

Reported in the Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked category anonymously at 09:26, Friday 31 May 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 5 minutes later. ref: 1644717.

A local resident has had a friend install a dropped kerb. But the pavement now has a very sharp gradient into the drop rather than a gradual safe drop to road level. Making it unsafe for buggies and mobility scooters or people with poor sight. This is next to main village shop and on route to primary school, this is really unsafe. This is outside number 69 next door to co-op.
