  • There is a considerable quantity of work being undertaken along the Barton Road as part of the Kettering East Developments. In order to complete the work there has been a need to phase elements which could leave temporary surfacing in the short term. These areas are monitored as part of the overall safety check undertaken.

  • The section of road at the junction of St Botolphs Road and Barton Road Barton Seagrave / Kettering where the road alignment has taken place is getting worse each day. The pothole is getting bigger and the road surface is breaking up. I think that the people who are monitoring this area must have missed this problem.
