New house at 283 Wellingborough Rd had utility installed across Wellingborough Road. The transit has sunk and traffic, especially HGV during night time loud, especially empty wagons. Speed also compounds problem. (speed camera nearby not utilised).

Wellingborough road from the round about to masefield drive is in a much poorer condition needs to be addressed first not a little dip in the road

This do's not meet the council spec not 50mm deep if this gets repaired it will be because a councilor lives in this road
