Road narrowing road markings, in fact white lines on junctions around village

Road narrowing road markings in overstone road. White junction markings around one way system in village no obvious write of way as some have no markings at all as worn completely. Major accident at corner outside artichoke pub recently which lack of road markings could of been a contributing factor.
