Most of the drains around All Saints Church are blocked and have not been cleared for over two years

On Saturday 8th June - the flooding was across the whole road and the footpaths on the corner of William Street and Park View/Wilson Terrace. It was the worst I have ever seen

The bollards on the right hand side of the photo opposite Park Infant Academy have been damaged/detoriated and need to be replaced. As you can see cars are taking the liberty to park on the verge near the zebra crossing where it is very dangerous. Also, could the school obtain some A board signs detailing sensible parking and the laws. Many thanks.
