Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 2 minutes later. ref: 1653175.

Cat 1 Pot holes on Vivian Road, around 7 potholes, sunken areas and blocked drains, Overall this road needs resurfacing as no longer fit for purpose. This matter will be taken with LA Ombundasman with formal complaint against the Highways Inspector responsible to undertake regular inspections of this area. Also legal action to follow as enough is enough! The highways inspector responsible looking after this area must take some responsibility for complete neglect, whan did he come to last for routine checks in this area? This is not what we pay taxes for. See photos

  • As Borough Councillor for the Ward I have been notified by constituents of the poor state of repair of the road surface on Vivian road and after visiting it today concur that it is particularly bad and requires urgent repair.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. A works order was raised for this works to be undertaken within the next 6 months. After revisiting the site the works order has been upgraded and will be undertaken within the next 7 days for the defects that meet NCC Investigatory levels.
