The drainage contractors did not clear the blocked drains, just the standing water; perhaps this work is still scheduled? Overnight rain has flooded the road again - see photo taken this morning, Thurs 13th June, at about 9:15am. The drains may be blocked because HGVs making the tight turn into Manor Farm churn up the grass verge. The drain sits at the point of the turn. Perhaps a more sensible solution is needed to keep the verge in place?

This is still a problem - there is a large puddle that is not draining away, the manhole underneath must be very blocked.

This flooding has reoccurred at least 3 times since the 11th of June after only one evenings rain. It is impassible again. This needs urgent action as it is the main road through Deene
