On the wellingborough road broughton there are traffic lights however they have been there for over 8 weeks no sign of any work been done or a workmen. What is happening what work is being don? Also I spoke to one of your customer information officer who had did not ask enough information about my issue she transferred me or shall I say left me on hold for 14 minutes then came back and said I can not transfer as no one is picking up. It would of been nice to have been told this at the beginning of the call this is not acceptable.
