Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 3 minutes later. ref: 1659354.
KR2 to KR4 which exits at the bottom of Park Road. KR3 that cross's KR2. KR2 starts at Malting Way, and comes past the large bramble brush, cross's KR3. KR5 from KR3 to KR2. KR3 where it go's down to KR9 at Elm's Farm, it's the stile/post at the point where the path go's down at a angle to meet KR9. KR3 , KR2, KR4 and KR5, are all on Richard Cross's Land.(Hartwell). Thank you for your enquiry. Site meeting with customer undertaken on 19-6-19. Letter sent to landowner requesting sidegrowth along enclosed section of footpath KR2 is cut back within the next 28 days. Letter also sent to landowner regarding fence surrounding stile on footpath KR3. As discussed at our meeting I can also confirm that Section 137A of the Highways Act 1980 excludes the requirement for landowners to mark out cross field rights of way through grass that is grown for pasture, silage or haymaking. Requested waymarks given to customer at time of site meeting.
