Our staff did not witness anyone attend yesterday, and as of this morning the drain still appears blocked. Every time we see heavy rain it dangerously floods the public footpath and floods our commercial unit. We are suffering likely financial damage as a result of this drain not being unblocked and it's my view it's unsafe for the public also. I was told 3 months ago it would be resolved within 3 months and then yesterday that it would be dealt with urgently. Please unblock today or we will potentially have water pouring in to our unit over the weekend. I will be forced to escalate the situation if it's not dealt with today. Thank you
