Re-emerging japanese knotweed in front of sharp bend sign

Reported in the Obscured by vegetation or Dirty category anonymously at 15:25, Tue 18 June 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 6 minutes later. ref: 1665615.

I reported Japanese knotweed growing in front of sharp bend sign (at 90degree bend in Billing Lane close to Overstone Golf course entrance) last year (ref: 944159, May 2018); the one-off treatment is clearly insufficient: The plant is busy re-growing by the day!
