Footpath is completely unusable due to overgrown hedge. Members of the public have limited access to post box.

Hedge alongside public footpath is not being maintained and is significantly growing across the footpath. This limits access to a postbox, and pedestrians have to walk on the adjacent grass when walking towards the country park. The grass is now looking very worn as a result.
