40 properties with hedge issues

Unenforced hedges proliferate in Oak Road and Radstone Road, leading to dangers for children, and impossible access for people in wheelchairs.

Previous enforcement has been ignored, escalation is imperative immediately.

  • Thank you for your enquiry Oak RD & RR and adjacent properties have been visited and issued with 28 day notices and some have gone to second stage enforcement to instruct homeowners to remove hedges back to the highway boundary NCC build outs have been trimmed and further more substantial work will take place after nesting season is complete

  • Many hedges NOT CUT AT ALL. Some trimmed NOT TO BACK OF PATH Many cut back Please enforce all not to back of path - Including those owned by NCC!
