Hi Fiona, it's that time of year again when yet again we are having to address the fact we do not own the land that the overgrown vegetation is on. Please see previous messages above last year. I have received this in the letterbox today and to be honest feel aggrieved that yet again we are being targeted when NCC are fully aware and dealt with the situation last year. Do we really need to get legal advice again.

Thank you for your enquiry. The site has been visited and an inspection has identified that the vegetation is privately owned. A letter has been sent to the owner/occupier requesting that the vegetation is cut back within 30 days. A re-visit will then be undertaken in 30 days to ensure this work has been carried out. If the owner fails to satisfactory complete this work then it will be passed to the Regulations team to start enforcement proceedings

Nesting has finally finished and the issue is still not resolved! This pathway needs clearing before the schools go back as this is a high footfall access to both primary schools!
