Traffic signals have no pedestrian phase

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1674082.

Crossing Clare street from the south pavement has no signal phase for pedestrians. As a consequence traffic turning from Kettering Road in both directions and traffic leaving Clare Street are in conflict with pedestrians attempting to cross to the protected island.
