Area Manager has contacted developer on site. Developer has agreed to cut back vegetation. Going forward the open space / verges within the estate will be the responsibility of a management contractor who will take on responsibility of this hedge on behalf of the estate residents.

All drains in the road between Lynton Avenue on the main harborough road and at least no 56 are totally blocked with builders / road surfacers sand and rubble. This is going to flood the road again and needs clearing. No rain water can be drained away ! Suggest checking whole of harborough road north considering building going on opposite !

The hedge along Harborough Rd. North is still very overgrown and dangerous to walk along especially with kids, a dog and pushchair. This has been reported over a month ago by the public. The developer haven’t done anything to the hedge at the area of the proposed new houses. Will something only be done once there is a nasty accident?
