  • Thank you for your enquiry. The site has been visited and an inspection has identified that the vegetation is privately owned. A letter has been sent to the owner/occupier requesting that the vegetation is cut back within 30 days. A re-visit will then be undertaken in 30 days to ensure this work has been carried out. If the owner fails to satisfactory complete this work then it will be passed to the Regulations team to start enforcement proceedings
