Timing causing jaywalking.

Reported in the Request Timing Review category anonymously at 18:40, Wednesday 26 June 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 5 minutes later. ref: 1675625.

Pedestrian crossing lights only change every 90 seconds to 2 minutes with both sets of lights changing at the same time with no stagger. This is causing pedestrians to jay-walk rather then wait for the lights to change again, increasing the risk of injury or a fatal RTA. With a high number of elderly and slow moving pedestrians, this is potentially very dangerous.
