Thank you for your enquiry the site had been visited earlier this week and this as been escalated to second stage enforcement as the vegetation hasn't been cut back following previous request

Update..There has been no attempt to cut back this Vegetation..In fact the whole house and garden is totally overgrown and getting worse..There was an attempt by the householder with what looked like a small scissors but after 10 minutes or so this was abandon. Also I feel the need for environmental health to check this property as the rubbish that is just dumped in the driveway and up the side of the house of Cardboard boxes etc is also a health hazard.Cats are always watching and I have seen them chase something into the undergrowth..Most of the vegetation looks like Knotweed,which is now flowering so will get worse!
