Over grown grass verges

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 3 minutes later. ref: 1676040.
The grass verge has been like this for at least a couple of months now. cars are having to edge out onto the fast flowing B4525 to see if anything is coming before crossing.

Still poor visibility 1 month later and there has now been a serious multiple vehicle accident today. Why have the hedges still not been cut back??

Diversion sign erected directly in vision of driver, impairing visibility of traffic coming from the rhs. A very dangerous road and needs rectifying as a matter of urgency, before serious accident occurs
