When approaching bridge from Earls Barton vision of oncoming traffic over bridge obstructed by overgrown vegetation
Reported in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 07:53, Fri 28 June 2019
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 2 minutes later. ref: 1677112.
Cannot see the cars coming from Wollaston direction. I have witnessed several near misses of where cars cannot see oncoming cars and have almost collided. This happens every summer when plants grow rapidly and obstruct vision from Earls Barton side. Given the incident last year and how long the bridge was out to just cut back the plants to clear vision would make it much more safe in the summer months and prevent another serious accident.
